After breakfast, depart early morning for Hunza. We will cross the Lulusar National park, stop over at Lulusar lake and Babusar top, which is at an elevation of 4,173m. After crossing Babusar top we will enter Diamir valley which will connect us to the Silk road. Stop over at Nanga Parbat viewpoint and a unique point where 3 mountain ranges collide. Our next stop over will be at Rakaposhi viewpoint which is the highest peak of Hunza district with an elevation of 7,778m. From there we will continue our journey to Hunza/Nagar (Minapin). Transfer to hotel, dinner will be served. Overnight stay.

Early morning breakfast will be served. The first stage of the journey to base camp will begin right from the door of Diran Guest House. You’ll follow the road through Minapin for a little under two kilometers until arriving at a small bridge and dam. After crossing the bridge, the real hiking begins. For the next seven hundred meters or so, you’ll be climbing switchbacks. The trail is very easy to follow. After the switchbacks, you’ll begin to walk through a forest towards some shepherd’s huts. Continuing past the shepherd huts, you’ll begin another climb up towards the Hapakun campsite. Hapakun is easy to spot, it’s a nice grassy meadow with a small stream for water. If it’s late in the day and you’re planning on camping, this is the best spot. Hapakun is located at an altitude of 2,814 meters and it takes 3 hours to reach from Minapin (2,000 meters).

This stage is slightly easier than the previous one. You’ll go from Hapakun all the way to Rakaposhi base camp at 3,500 meters. From Hapakun, continue to follow the visible trail upwards towards the ridge visible to the south. You’ll start to feel the altitude a bit at this point (unless you’re already acclimatized). You’ll arrive at the top of the ridge. This ridge is the same altitude as the actual base camp but offers much nicer views. You will get a stunning view of Diran peak (7200m) and the ridge between Rakaposhi and Diran. We will set up our camps at Tagaphari. Overnight stay in Camps.

Our day will start with a majestic view of Diran and Rakaposhi. We will trek towards Diran Base camp and Kacheli lake, which is at an elevation of 4,000m. The total trek for today is 4 to 5 hours. We would have to cross Glacier to reach Diran base camp. Sight-seeing at the base camp. Return to Tagaphari, overnight stay in camps with bonfire and dinner.

Breakfast will be served with a panoramic view of Rakaposhi, Diran and the mighty ridge connecting the moth peaks. We will descend back to Minapin. It's a downhill trek of approx 4 hours. Drive to Karimabad. Arrival at the resort. Freshen up and leisure for the rest of the day, dinner will be at the resort or somewhere nearby. Overnight stay.

Today, we will explore the culture and traditions of Hunza valley, it has so much to offer. We will start a short heritage walk from Karimabad bazar to Baltit fort, which is located on the top of Karimabad bazar. We will take a tour of Baltit Fort to know about the history, culture, and traditions of Hunza Valley. We'll walk all the way back to Karimabad bazaar. Chill at the local cafes with a view of Rakaposhi and other peaks which surround you, perhaps head out for shopping in the local markets. Excursion to Altit Fort, another stunning piece of architecture and history. Tour of Altit fort. There is a small hidden café in Altit called Khabasi Café which is operated by females only, an amazing initiative taken by Prince Agha Khan to uplift women empowerment. Today we will be preparing local Hunzai cuisine for lunch in an old local house to give an experience of Karakoram. Sunset at Eagles Nest (Duiker point) observes sunset on 5 peaks above 7,000 meters. Return to Hotel, leisure for the evening. overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will leave for Atabad lake, crossing some mind-blowing tunnels leading us to one of the largest lakes of Pakistan. At Atabad Lake, you have options to participate in different kinds of water sports or do some sightseeing at Gulmit village. After Atabad Lake, we will head to Borit lake where lunch will be served at a lake viewing restaurant. We will leave for a glacier hike which is approx. 2 hours of trekking with an amazing view of Passu cones and Passu peak. Relax at the most scenic and beautiful place in upper Hunza valley. Return to Borit lake, transfer to resort. Dinner will be arranged at the Moksha Resort with music.

Tea and snack break at Babusar top. We will continue our journey to Naran. We will stop at Jhalkad for lunch at Moon restaurant. Enjoy the beautiful valleys of Kaghan. Excursion to Naran. Transfer to hotel. Overnight stay.

Early Morning breakfast will be served, Departure to Islamabad via Mansehra Balakot road. It will be a 7 hour drive. Lunch stop on the Motorway. Continue journey to Islamabad. Transfer to the hotel, rest for a while, perhaps freshen up and head out for a farewell dinner at a nice Restaurant in Islamabad. Overnight stay.
